Looking for 2 Books
This is probably a long shot but i am looking to read both From the Ashes of Sobibor: A Story of Survival and Sobibor: The Forgotten Revolt. They are both by Thomas Toivi Blatt. Do any of you ladies possibly have either of them sitting around that you would let me borrow to read? Let me know. Thanks

Have you checked the library? even if they don't have it, they might be able to to an inter-library loan for you. You'll have to remember to return those ones though...
side note: I googled the author and apparently the holocaust denier crazies really hate this dude. There are entire websites dedicated to "proving" why his story can't be real (with damning evidence like "why were you so afraid of nazi's in the woods? nazi's don't hang out in the woods!!". sometimes I hate that the internet gives these fools a soapbox to stand on.

I have to get my fees paid first before i can get anything. But yes i did check the library and they didnt have either one :-( Hence my post here. Figured i would give it a shot to see if anyone magically had them. There are a lot of non-believers in the holocaust. I knew a woman when i was 16 who was a survivor of it all. She still had the numbers tattooed on the back of her wrist and everything. She would not talk about it at all. Did not like to remember the time. Its very sad that so many people don't believe what these brave people went through.
