Anyone happen to be good at dream interpretation ??
I had a dream last night that I just have an uncanny feeling about, and I can't stop thinking about it.
I've tried google, but what little I'm finding doesn't seem to fit at all.
Here goes:
**********************
I'm sitting up in bed, and DH points out that I have five spider bites on my right shoulder.
It's morning, like we just woke up or something.
The bedsheets are white (which we don't actually own, but used to).
My shoulder is bare, but I don't feel like I was naked or anything.
We never saw the spider, I just woke up with the bites.
***********************
Anyone? Anything?
It's just really bugging me because I feel like my subconcious is trying to tell me something & I'm totally missing it.
TIA!
Re: Anyone happen to be good at dream interpretation ??
I think sometimes dream interpretation depends on how you filter things through your own experience. How do you feel about spiders? Neutral? Terrifying? Could you be afraid of something unwanted creeping into your life unnoticed? Is there some kind of physical discomfort or appearance related fear?
Have you been bit by a spider before? How did you feel and are you feeling that way in part of your life again?
I dunno...did that trigger anything?
I'm pretty neutral on spiders. I mean, I don't want them in my bed or biting me, but they're good, they eat bugs, all that jazz.
As far as physical discomfort, I am having some medical issues, but no where near my shoulder.
Never been bit by a spider.
Thanks for trying. I'm guessing someday down the road something'll happen and I'll go... ooooooooooooohhhhhhhh! That's what that dream meant!
Spiders usually represent mistrust for me - b/c you never know if they're going to jump or crawl, or where they're going to come from, or if they're going to be a "bad" bite or just an annoying one.
If I had a dream about spider bites being on me, I would probably start taking a look at what had my hackles going up lately - if I've been trying to logic myself into ignoring my gut instinct.
