Do you eat? Drink your problems away? Exercise? When you're in a bad mood, how do you make yourself feel better?
Last night was a crap-tastic night which sucked bc I had such a good day, but I ended up getting so frustrated and upset that I literally didn't know what to do with myself. Typically I'd run to food, it's my BFF lol but with trying to diet that isn't an option. So when I went to take the trash out, I just kept walking. I dropped it off in the bin, and then just walked until I felt better. I had on black capris, a big oversized green nightshirt, flip flops, and wet hair bc I had just showered, and I just started walking at 9:30pm. Didn't take a cell phone with me, didn't tell Jason I was leaving, nothing. I walked for about 30 minutes and did a circle to end back at our apartment, but I felt so much better. I think I just needed to take some time to myself, get out of our apartment, and clear my head and then I felt somewhat better. I think I'm going to start walking every night now, it made such a difference.
So what do you do to relieve frustration/stress?

Re: How do you handle your frustration?
When I was in much better shape, I used to run it off.
If I'm at work, I'll take a break, walk out for a coffee, etc. At home, I probably reach for food most often. It's my bff too.

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermAt work I'll try and just get up and leave my desk for a few minutes...either go outside or grab a drink.
At home, if I'm really upset or mad, I tend to shut down and I'll just force myself to sleep.
Yeah, if I get upset at home, I just want to go lay in bed.

I will usually cry. It's terrible but a good cry makes me feel so much better. And maybe some ice cream.
And that's great that walking helps you! I wish I was one of those people who took their frustrations out on the gym...I'm just not!

If I am at work, I usually step outside to get some air and/or call someone if it's really frustrating.
At home, I generally go exercise and bit more than I normally do.
