Since the wedding my face has broken out like crazy, nothing I was using was working so I caved and bought ProActiv.
It was shipped with a tracking number which I have been tracking. As per the tracking number it says it was delivered to me last Sat. but it wasn't. I called Fed Ex because that was the tracking number I was given. They told me since it is a Smart Post shipment they turned it over to the local Post Office for delivery so I would have to bring up any problems to them. H and I went into the local post office on Monday, they were polite and confirmed they had it at one point but it wasn't any where to be found there. They took a copy of the tracking page I printed along with my contact information. Its been a few days and I haven't heard anything from them.
What would you do next? I have been calling the local post office but haven't gotten through yet. I really don't know what kind of recourse I have. I want my dang face wash people. I don't know if I should explain what happened to the Pro Activ costumer service and try to get another set shipped to me or stick with the USPS tracking it down. I worry that the Pro Activ people are going to say the same as the Fed Ex people which was basically it's not our problem anymore.
FTR: I have double checked the shipping address and it is correct. I do however live in an apartment so there is a chance it was put in the wrong mailbox.

I agree. My boss ordered some stuff that didn't arrive (different company) and they've replaced their order. If she ever receives box #1, she'll return it back to the company.
Definitely call ProActiv again. They will most likely offer to send it again.
I ordered something from BBB to be shipped to our APO in Egypt and what with the revolution and all it never got there. I'm sure BBB shipped it, but when I called and explained they shipped me a new one anyway.
*Update*
I just got off the phone with ProActiv and they told me to wait another week because it usually takes 2 weeks to deliver. The fact that I spoke to the Post Office who admited to loosing it - apparently doesn't matter to them.
They are sending me an affidavit to sign confirming I didn't receive it, which I will have to fax back to them. They will then review it and decide if they will send me another set.
At this point I am seriously considering disputing the charges. What a cluster.Doooooo eeeeeeet.
My mom is a carrier and said:
1. check to verify that it had the apartment number on the label
2. check with the post office to see if it's in their Review Mail. It can go there if your carrier is on vacation/out for whatever reason. Review Mail is where the sub puts mail that has the wrong address or has no apartment number since they may know because it's their regular route and can review it when they return.
3. call USPS and ask them if they've received it back from the person who shouldn't have received it and it's on the way back to the sender.
4. it's up to Proactive to get your money back/refund you. Then, they'll recourse through the Post Office for their lost money on the product.

Oh that sucks Shan! I would also just dispute the charges as well. It's never been this difficult for me to have a company mail me what I ordered again after not receiving it. Usually after I get in touch them, they mail me the order right away, i.e. Shutterfly.
I do understand the frustrations with the acne, my face did the same thing after the wedding! I am just now starting to recover from it. I switch to Clinique Acne Solutions and it's working its magic on me. ProActiv never seem to work for me on the other hand. Let us know how everything goes!
