Sorry I've been MIA lately.  I hardly ever get on the computer anymore (usually I am on my phone where I can't post on TN) and sadly, when I am on the computer, I don't ever make my way over to TN.  I hoep everyone is doing well!

And I am not sure if anyone still starts this thread, but what is everyone having for dinner tonight? Chris is playing softball but the games are late, so I feel like I should come up with something for us!

    I bought eggplant from the farmers market. Which is awesome since its better sized for just 2 people.

    So tonight I'm going to make eggplant parm.

    Third Anniversary

    We start our Hypnobirthing class tonight.  DH is working later than usual so we are meeting for dinner before class.  I am thinking mexican!  This baby has me craving spicy food 24/7.  We will have to see what DH wants though, mexican isn't always his thing:)

    were doing something like a taco salad for dinner. not 100% sure what you all would call it, but we put the Frito's in a bowl and cover with beans and cheese and then salsa and lettuce and sour cream. it's supper yumm!! we just started using the grilling beans with the jalapeno called Texas ranchero in them instead of just chile beans

    I offer no inspiration.  My parents are in the final stages of getting their kitchen remodeled so I am going over to help my mom put stuff in cupboards this afternoon and since the sink & stove aren't in yet we are going out to dinner.

    Seventh Anniversary 5000 Comments 500 Love Its Name Dropper

    We're mirinating chicken breast in a mirinade called "Back Yard Brew"... we've never tried it before so hopefully it tastes good.  I'm not sure which side we'll make with it, probably baked beans or mashed potatoes from the box. 

    Last week I cooked more inspired food almost every night, so this week is pretty basic stuff.

    IUI #1  w/stims and trigger - Started stims 7/7/14 - IUI 7/24/14 = BFP 8/7/14
    Beta #1 8/8 - 47  Beta#2 -137  Beta#3 - 96 Beta#4 -287 Beta#5 -519 Beta#6 121 = early miscarriage 5w4d

    Can't help with the inspiration, sorry!!!

    We're getting subway because we're going to an outdoor concert. FWIW, mines going to be a veggie patty on italian, w lettuce, black olives, pickles, salt, pepper & oregano.

    We'll probably order a pizza or do something easy. I am picking up kitty from his surgery today so I want to keep an eye on him when he is home. :)

    I am a little late but since I am just now eating I figured I would share. I had 2 egg rolls, a ham and swiss sandwich and now I am eating homemade refridgerator pickles that Lance's gradma made me! She must really love me because she made me a HUGE container and I am in heaven!!

    we had chicken piccata - out of a box...hehehe.  the macaroni grill boxed meals are soo yummy! and not to bad on the nutrition either.
