I had my 34 week check up today. We're both looking good! I've gained 24.5 lbs. So even though I started this pregnancy 10 lbs heavier than my first, I'm now lighter than I was last time I was 34 weeks pregnant. ![]()
My Dr says the baby seems like he's smaller than Nate was. I am measuring slightly small, but didn't ask what my measurement was. It's possible that I could go into labor in the next 5 weeks and progress so much before getting to the hospital that he just "slips right out" (in the words of my Dr), since I've given birth vaginally to a big baby.
But the plan is to have a c/s first thing the morning of Sept 15! I'll be 39 weeks 1 day. And that's only 35 days from today. ![]()
ETA: fixing my math. 5 x 7 = 35

I don't know if we're really ready for a second yet, but we think we are! This pregnancy has been lightyears faster than Nate! Add the fact that it will be 2 weeks shorter. I've felt so much better this pregnancy that it's kind of a shame it's gone by so fast.
