Weekend Plans

What's everyone up to this weekend?

In no particular order: Dinner w/DH at Veni Vedi Vici to use BLG gift card, 6 hour endurance mountain bike race,  dropping into bed completely tired from the race

Sunday: Pick out plantation shutters for the half bath, buy a new shredder (DH killed ours earlier in the week), bike ride, grocery shopping, clean upstairs if I have any energy left

Re: Weekend Plans

  • Hi ladies!  I know I've been MIA.

Today: find a dress for graduation (not mine, unfortunately), pack for trip, finish cleaning

Tomorrow: I have to been downtown at 730 to set up for graduation Surprise. Meeting family from Cali for lunch when they move their son into GT. Bike ride.

Sunday: fly out to Wyoming for the week to drive with my sister back across to IN

    <div align=
  • Tonight: Dinner at Tin Drum. We have a gift certificate we need to use, and I have totally been craving it!

Tomorrow: Hopefully, clean out the garage. It's so darn cluttered right now, and needs to be cleaned and reorganized!

Tomorrow night: DH friend's 40th birthday party at Teela Taqueria.

Sunday: Possibly more cleaning? And BBQ at a friends place.

    Yay weekend!

  • tonight: brazilian food with DH, watching Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World

saturday: I need to go to the mall to return stuff I got at Z Gallerie and to exchange the bracelet DH got me yesterday at Bloomingdale's

sunday: i'm supposed to go to the feast noir event but my table head never gave us directions for what to do and what to make so I think I'm not going. i'm also supposed to be at a bridal shower but it's 3.5 hrs away and I thought that was a tad far so I'm not going. I feel a bit guilty.

  • tonight - visit a mortgage Co and find out how much we can spend, then decide if NOW really is the best time for us.**

Sat - We celebrated our 12th Dateversary this week so, we'll need to go to the new James Avery store and swap out the charm MrB got me for a different one. He got me one I already have Embarrassed. I think I'm going to go with either the Ga state with a peach cutout, the 7-heart flower, or the owl for KSU. Also we need to go by Edible Arrangements. I got a free 6-piece when I donated blood this week!

Sun - Prob another visit to Whole Paycheck for fruits and the healthy foods then Publix for our reg meats/deli/groceries. FUN times.

**While we know our mortgage rate will rock, actually buying a house will severly cut in to our "Debt Repayment Plan" that we've had in play since Jan '09 and will vastly FUBAR our chosen path. But.... do we miss out on a sub 4.5% rate just because we weren't done yet? We can still payoff our debt, it will just not be as fast, UNLESS we go with a cheap(er) house. Decisions, decisions.

  • Tonight: Keeping it inside. Watching a movie and drinking wine probably.

Tomorrow: Getting up early to go zip lining, then meeting up with my parents to go hang out in a suite for a Braves game. I'm excited.

Sunday: MIL and SIL are coming down to go shopping. SIL is 16 and has never been to an H&M and it's totally her style. I'm excited.

Have you seen Scott Pilgrim before? It's not a movie I'd recommend to anyone who isn't a) male or b) grew up playing Mortal Kombat.

Tonight - no plans, might go to a late dinner w/ friends since we haven't gone the past few weeks

Tomorrow - sleep in! Count & bag up items for donating to Goodwill, maybe shoe shop since I can't seem to find supportive sandals that fit, friends who will be pet/house sitting for us might stop by so we can go over everything and they can meet the rottens

Sunday - might hit a matinee of Captain America

Where are you going for Brazilian?

Tonight: Turkish Food with the IL's

Tomorrow : The free Bootcamp workout at Piedmont Park and then Lake Oconee with the IL's as well.

Sunday : Grocery shopping, staying in I believe.

  • Tonight - working on a big paper so I can turn it in before I go on vacation.
Saturday - Brunch with girlfriends at Murphy's, working on paper then visiting some friends at their new house.
Sunday - Spending the day with my BFF. We are going to church, brunch and going to see The Help. Then more work on the paper. I plan to finish it by Tuesday.
  • Aereoa - that means I will likely hate this movie. I don't know why I picked it. I think someone else told me it was awesome.

Mere- Botekim. This will be my first visit.

  • I liked Scott Pilgrim.

The lead's interactions with other characters (his roommate, his GF/exGFs, her "Ex's") are silly and I like the different "style". It IS like a video game, but if you pay attention it takes a leap into another realm (when they go through the door) they also exit it later on. I'm not giving anything away there really, btw.

We will often break out into a "wow. WOW. Woooooooooow" for no particular reason.

  • tonight: dinner with the hubs, and hopefully i can talk him into watching our netflix movie we've had for weeks...love and other drugs i think.

saturday: hopefully swimming at a friend's house, they want DH to help put a frame on their bathroom mirror, and pool time is a condition of his work ;) and i'm going to bath and body works, they're having a launch event for the new fragrance...which means i can spend $10, get an item, get the promo full-size lotion and a cosmetics case, plus i've got a coupon for a free item with $10...so that's 4 things, instead of 1 =)  and we might hit up the discount theater, there are a bunch of movies there we want to see

sunday: grocery shopping, and probably seeing a movie at the discount theater if we don't go saturday night....or even if we do =)

That's exactly why I'm going Smile

  • I didn't hate Scott Pilgrim. I didn't like it though, either. I'm not a fan of the style and the Mortal Kombat aspects were a total turn-off for me. I saw it in the theater w/ DH and I've been in the room while he's watched it at home. I don't mind it in the background because it is funny, but I won't sit through it again.
  • Tonight: mexican with DH, catch up on the DVR

Tomorrow: baby shower brunch at 11am, then my niece is coming over to go swimming if it isn't raining. She is in town for the weekend.

Sunday: laundry, errands, home visit for dog rescue, mass, RCIA class
