Friday weight loss check in

Happy Friday! I thought this would be a good day for a check in, in anticipation of the weekend and after the long week and everything. How have the past few days been? What are your goals? I'm down 1.2 pounds and am looking for lose 12-14 pounds and will then reevaluate...

  • I'm down 2 lbs this week according to home scale. I weigh in tomorrow and have plans tonight so going to try and eat very light!

    I have 22 lbs till my goal weight. My first goal is 7 lbs away and I get a massage! I have 3 big goals along the way where I will reward myself. I'm supposed to not be shopping....but that is hard to not do.

  • I'm not home this week for me weigh in on Friday morning, but yesterday I was up .2 lbs from last week.  I haven't been nearly as faithful this week to the WW plan.  I'm down 11 lbs from my start on Memorial Day.  I've got like 3.5 more pounds until my goal, but these last few pounds are proving to be TOUGH!  But, I'm going to continue working at it.  In all honesty, the way my clothes fit now is what I'm happy about and the scale is just a number.  If it hang on to this number, that's fine.  I feel a lot better about myself than I did 11 pounds ago.

  • I'm going to start tomorrow with my first weigh in.  I want to lose 50 lbs!  It is going to be a long road but I can do it!
  • I'm guessing I will be down about 1# when I weigh tomorrow. I've decided not to weigh at home so I am using the same scale each time. 

    I would be happy losing about 10# more but am not as worried about the number as the results from eating better and working out :) Started by making sure I eat something for breakfast every day and cutting out soda almost completely.

  • I start ww today!   Want to lose 8 pounds. 
  • Goal- lose 10-12 lbs by Christmas or at least fit into 1 pant size smaller (I can put them on, but can't button them) and my pre-pg shirts.

    I am 1 lb and 1 pant size away from what I weighed/wore at 8w pg and about 10-12 lbs away from a comfortable weight for me. 

    My plan is to start watching what I eat, which is really hard for me, I love food, and start Jazzercise 3-4 days a week.  Or P90X if I can motivate myself at home.

  • I'm afraid to step on the scale, but will next week on Wednesday.  I have been stress eating, so Monday is me turning a new leaf (as I do every Monday- ha ha).  I did use my new elliptical once this week and it felt good, just been too busy to do it more.  That' smy goal next week, use it more!
  • I'm starting today. I would like to lose at least 10 lbs but would love to get down to what i was pre-preg with Owen, which is about 13 lbs away. That was the most in shape/leanest i have ever been, even through college volleyball! I'm starting Jillian Micheals "Shred it with weights" for now since i don't have time to go outside the house to workout (maybe when DH gets home and i can run in the am or something). Hopefully then i'll do 30 day shred or workout after work/before i pick them up.
