Holy Wallpaper--funny MLS listing
Check out this listing in my hometown. I can't believe the real estate agent hasn't convinced them to strip the wallpaper and paint in some neutral shades. Perhaps that's why it's been on the market for a year and a half (that and the fact that it's about 300K overpriced for our market)!

Historic = 1974?
Ugh. I'm historic at 37, who knew?!
And I loved that they even placed the chairs to match the wallpaper pattern.

Everyone welcome.
That's what DH said--they can't be serious! The area is a really cool "historic" part of Vegas (yes Ruby--historic--lol!--but for Vegas anything older than 30 years that isn't torn down and redone is a novelty) , but the comp prices are nowhere near this high, even for completely renovated and updated homes. One thing that makes homes here worth $$$ is land, and generally a home on half an acre increases the value, but this home is HORRID so the acreage shouldn't matter!

Holy mother of god that hurt my eyes, and now I have to live with the guilt of breaking some poor realtor's heart. Too bad there isn't a contact button to leave anonymous feedback about "neutralizing" the space a tiny bit!
