Friday weight loss check in
Happy Friday! I thought this would be a good day for a check in, in anticipation of the weekend and after the long week and everything. How have the past few days been? What are your goals? I'm down 1.2 pounds and am looking for lose 12-14 pounds and will then reevaluate...

I'm down 2 lbs this week according to home scale. I weigh in tomorrow and have plans tonight so going to try and eat very light!
I have 22 lbs till my goal weight. My first goal is 7 lbs away and I get a massage! I have 3 big goals along the way where I will reward myself. I'm supposed to not be shopping....but that is hard to not do.

I'm guessing I will be down about 1# when I weigh tomorrow. I've decided not to weigh at home so I am using the same scale each time.
I would be happy losing about 10# more but am not as worried about the number as the results from eating better and working out
Started by making sure I eat something for breakfast every day and cutting out soda almost completely.
Goal- lose 10-12 lbs by Christmas or at least fit into 1 pant size smaller (I can put them on, but can't button them) and my pre-pg shirts.
I am 1 lb and 1 pant size away from what I weighed/wore at 8w pg and about 10-12 lbs away from a comfortable weight for me.
My plan is to start watching what I eat, which is really hard for me, I love food, and start Jazzercise 3-4 days a week. Or P90X if I can motivate myself at home.
