I am so happy Melanie won!
Did anyone catch those percentages Cat threw out? Melanie got 47% of votes, and Sasha got 32%. That means Tadd and Marko split 21% of the votes. Ouch. I thought it was nice of Nigel to apologize to the guys for the way he slammed them on Wednesday night (by saying a girl would win), but he sure did hit the nail on the head.
I missed probably 3 or 4 weeks of the competition this season and never went back to watch them, but I have to say, no routines really wowed me this year. I mean, the dancers were amazing, but I thought the choreography wasn't as interesting as it has been in past seasons. Although I do LOVE Melanie and Sasha's Sonya Tayeh routine that they performed right before the winner was announced. I also loved that Melanie wore Lady Gaga's shoes to the Glee movie premiere, lol.

I really liked Melanie so I was glad she won.
I'm with you though, I feel like the choreography has really not been great for the last couple seasons. I keep saying how much I miss Mia.
While I thought there were some really talented dancers, the season was pretty lack luster for me as well. I did love the "Another One Bites the Dust" routine they did again last night, as well as the Geisha one.
Here's a better season next time around...

I'm also glad she won. Like V - I loved the "Another One Bites the Dust" routine. But overall - some were good, but none were great.
Oh - I did like the circus one Tyce did. I love him (most of the time) and that music made it for me.
