Re: **Shawna**

  • Hi there!!!  Sorry, just saw this!  :)

I know!  He'll be 9 months old on the 19th, I can't even believe it.  Time certainly is flying.  Summer is going great...I'm busy!  By the time I get home from work, it's 5:30 and E eats dinner at 6 and goes to bed by 7:30.  So weeks just fly by...plus I'm also doing Pampered Chef, (if anyone is interested ;)) so some week nights are busy with that but maybe once a week.

E is giant.  He is in 18 month clothes.  He's going to be tall like DH (who is 6'5").

I can't remember if I updated, but as of July 1, my heart is now at 56%!!!!  Wahooooo.

    How are you doing!?!

  • Oh and thank you for the siggy pic compliments!  It is actually from around Mother's Day, so I'll have to update with a new pic!  LOL  He now has 2 bottom and 2 top teeth that he likes to show off.

  • It's amazing how fast they grow.  I remember everyone saying when Emma was born that I should "enjoy her while she's little because she'll be big before I know it" and it sounded so cliche.  It was so true though.  I can't believe she's almost three and #2 is on the way.

I can't believe Ethan is in 18 month clothes.... It must be really hard to buy anything in advance for him because you don't know what size he'll be in!

That's awesome about your heart update!!! How long will they continue to test/monitor you?

I've been doing really well.  The summer has been pretty laid back and relaxing, just taking it easy and trying to get projects done around the house before the baby comes.

  • Yeah, when I say 18 month clothes, people think he's a fat baby, but actually he's losing his rolls and he still weighs the same as 6 months, but he's just a big kid.  LOL  It does make it hard to buy anything in advance.

I thought I was going to have to be tested every 3 months as I have been, but I don't have to go back to the cardiologist until March of next year!  I can't believe it.  I will be on my medications forever though...but I was really surprised that I don't have to go there more often at least through the first year.
