Need suggestions of things to do in Dallas, Tx
Ladies DH and I and my dad are going to visit family in Dallas next week. we will be there Thurs night through Tuesday. I am looking for some suggestions of things to do since we will have a ton of free time while people work. we are already planning to go to a rangers game.
Anything other suggestions Texas ladies? anyone wanna meet up? Jen, Ashley, Rachel, Britni, Melissa, I'm looking at YOU! Nestie get together? Of course I have no clue how far apart Dallas is from where you all live in TX...

Melissa, Britini, and Rachel live 3-4 hours away. Some of them more. Jenny, Ashlea, and Jen (Luke's mom) all live outside of Dallas proper. Basically we are all within 20-30 minutes of downtown.
Where are you staying?
Rangers game is a good idea. I'd say a Mavs game but they aren't playing yet. We have a million malls you can go to and some outlet's too. Will you have a rental car? There is an ice rink in a couple of the malls, most notably the Galleria.
I'm ALL for a nestie g2g!!! I'm back at work then but could do something Friday night or Sunday during the day. I have a Scentsy event for a rescue group on Saturday.

We are staying at my aunt's house in Colleyville, TX. No rental car, but hopefully my grandma will let us drive hers around. I could definitely do some shopping! Which mall/outlets are the best?

Depending on your plans we could meet at a couple places. Colleyville is about 45 minutes from my house which isn't bad (Texans are used to this). If you want an outlet mall, there is one in Allen and there is a megaton of shopping on the other side of the highway too. Everything from Target, Penney's to some higher end things too.
There are TONS of places to eat there.
Option 2 is around Northpark mall. Both places are probably about the same distance for you to drive and in the middle-ish for us all.
Closer to Colleyville is Grapevine mills.
Basically, you are closer to Ft.Worth but sort of in the middle of FW and Dallas.

Allen Outlet Mall is the best, but you're closer to Grapevine Mills which is good too! There are a ton of restaurants in the metroplex! I will be around, but we'll have family in town for my hubby's birthday! I will try to break free if you guys meet up for a drink or something! I'd love to finally "meet."
