Flipping Out - Spoilers!
I can't STAND Gage. He is such a snake!! Jett must have felt so awkward after he found out that Gage voted him "off the island."
Also, I was completely caught off guard when Jeff decided to fire Trace? Anyone else?
At least in next week's episode it looks like Jeff stands up for Jenny when working with that wench Stacy...

I saw Jeff on a talk show before the season started and he said there were going to be some changes on this season.
I agree about Gage. There is something strange about him.
I'm familiar with the show but I don't watch every episode. If Trace was doing his own business/personal stuff on Jeff's time, then he should be fired. This was not a 2 second phone call, it was computer generated sketches that Jeff said it takes a lot of time to prepare.
Gage is creepy, like Children of the Corn or Flowers in the Attic creepy. I wonder how long it will take Jeff to fire or break up with Gage. I sense he will screw up royally somehow.
I also loved that Jeff protects Jenny in next week's episode. Who the frig says to someone in a work setting, "what, did you put on all of your rings this morning?" I hope Jeff gives this obnoxious turd the verbal dress-down of her life!! I will tune it to watch this episode.

I should also say that while I was shocked that Jeff fired Trace, I was more shocked that Trace was doing this on Jeff's dime. I think it probably started out as innocent toying around with ideas and snowballed into hours of time off task. What a shame!

I was surprised that Trace was fired, but he didn't put up a fight at all. I was disappointed about how his lack of reaction.
I'm on the fence about Gage. He seems to work well with Jeff, which is an accomplishment in and of itself.

I can't decide if I like Gage. I think he's good for Jeff, but I was really annoyed when Sarah was let go and he walked her out saying "I don't know what happened"
WTF dude you've been in Jeffs ear the WHOLE time.
Also I was shocked that Trace didn't say anything, well it looked like he tried, but Jeff shot it down and fired him.
I hate Stacy. Seriously I hope Jeff walks away from the project.

I really liked Trace, but he was wrong to spend all that time on his personal projects.
What is Jenny's role now since Sarah was the right hand woman?
Jenni moved into Sarah's role, which is Jenni's old role. She's his right-hand, full-time. After he fired Sarah he talked to Jenni on the way to a job site and explained that he'll need her to work more hours (she was only part-time) because he doesn't have the time to train someone new right now.
I agree when Jeff said something to the effect that Trace had become an arrogant a-hole. Trace was sweet in the beginning. Lately, the prissy look he usually had on his face was getting to be annoying. I think if he would have put up a fight against Jeff during the firing scene, Jeff may have let him stick around longer.
I kind of like Gage. I agree he looks a little creepy sometimes. I think he's just a very by the book kind of guy, and the fact Jeff oversteps all boundaries freaks Gage out and makes him act so awkwardly at times.
I agree about Gage. I'm just waiting for him to bring powdered donuts into the office. It's like he's trying to pick each staffer off one by one.
I was surprised that Jeff fired Trace, let's not forget the time a client slapped Trace in the face and Jeff just sat there looking stupid. I think I would have put Trace on probation.
