Anyone ever contacted customer service at Crowd Cut?

They are answering emails fast, with stock answers about why they are not able to help me (including an inability to manually correct accounts).   I am really PO?ed.  I was wondering if anyone has worked with them before?calling over emailing, it is a company with tiers so I should ask to talk to someone else?

  • I've emailed with them. They were far less than helpful, and somewhat rude in their responses. Which made me remove myself from the list and I'll never buy from them.

  • I called th e customer service number on my crowd cut deal and was able to get a credit with just one call, no transfers or anything. I am still pretty upset because I went to a restaurant that I otherwise wouldn't have and the waiter couldn't get the deal to work. That means I paid the full price of the meal and I've still paid an extra ten bucks for a future credit. I can't say I'm thrilled at the idea of using crowd cut again, but m not wasting my money twice. Crowd cut is not nearly as good as groupon with customer service. Still I'd try giving them a call. Good luck.

Ha!  I was thinking about doing this, but I have several deals to use.  I suppose once those are used up, I can turn it off.  I really liked looking at the deals, but for the services I buy, I bet I would have the same luck just calling the company and asking for the same deal.
