What was your favorite thing to cook on your menu when you were a chef? When I worked at this "Spanish" restaurant DeLaCosta, I was the ceviche chef, and I loved it. Everything was very fresh, very clean and simple. That's always been my favorite: simple but delicious.
Favorite thing to cook at home? Sunday gravy. I make more of a Bolognese 'cause Steve likes it that way, and it's easier than making meatballs. I also throw in this Italian sausage called Barese (if you can find it anywhere, get it. It's awesome on the grill.)
How is school? How long do you have left? School is going great. I have about 2 years left. I could get it sooner but they only offer 1 session per class. Grr

Do you have a style board that reflects your personal decor taste? Share? No, I'm still working on it. My style is a mix of contemporary and traditional. I feel that ultra modern has no warmth.
What color are your nails and toes? Toes are sparkly red, but I'm taking that off. Fingers are bare.
What kind of car do you drive? I don't. I don't even have a license, though I've resigned myself to the fact that I need to learn.

What's your favorite song right now? Either Rolling in the Deep-Adele, or Party Rock Anthem LMFAO. It's always on the radio, and that is now our "happy song."

What's your favorite thing about your H? He's very silly and very loving, and he is my rational half. He's also the sensible one.

Your least favorite? Has a temper like a MF'er. I no longer allow him to speak to customer service people b/c he doesn't filter what he says.

What's your hidden talent? I'm double-jointed, and can dislocate my fingers.

Would YOU eat a live octopus for $1,000? For $1,000 I will eat the tip of a tentacle. And I will be drunk doing it.

How did you and your husband meet? We used to work together at this office, and he had thought I didn't speak English, and was part of the "Russian Mafia," a group of Russian people who worked there and all sat together (I sat near them.) We started talking at the Christmas party, and that night he had three girls vying for his attention: me, my (now former)BFF, and my boss! I won We started dating after that.

What is for dinner? Chili, I think. A quick chili, I use ground beef, and just reduce the tomato sauce a little so it gets thick. Done in under an hour.

If you could live anywhere else in the country, where would you live? Probably New York. Steve will disagree; he wants to live in San Diego. It's perfect weather, and it fulfills all sports requirements.

Favorite color to wear? Been wearing a lot of gray lately.

Do you want children, and if so, how many? Definitely. We want 2, and we're stopping there. I don't want to be one of those people who chases the opposite sex of whatever you have. "Well, we have 3 boys, let's try for that girl." No.

What's your favorite number & why? 13. It's always been my lucky number. I was born November 13th at 3:13 pm.

What is the most $$ you have even won (scratch ticket/lottery/random drawing/etc)? I think I won like $50 on a scratchie when I was 18 or 19. I was up $300 on a blackjack table in Vegas, and then that went away.

Country you would most like to visit? I really want to go to London. I might have the opportunity to study there later on in school.
If you had a super power, what would it be? Either invincibility or flight. Teleportation would be cool.
Biggest fear? Spiders and falling. On a psychological level, that everything I do is all for nothing.
