What is everyone up to this weekend?
I have my shower tomorrow morning! I am very excited to see college friends that live out of state and I haven't seen in months. I have 7 people staying with us this weekend, so it will be quite a full house! The nursery has come a long ways and I can't wait to receive more baby gear to put the finishing touches on the room!

So excited to meet Peanut this fall!

Re: TGIF
Tonight: Quiet evening at home. Dinner followed by the last of some blueberry crumb bars that I made last weekend.
Saturday: Cleaning (I would rather claw my eyes out) followed by blueberry soup making (are you sensing a theme here) for lunch. Then DH and I are headed out to Clementine in Brunswick for our Anniversary dinner. The actual anniversary isn't until the 19th, but we are doing a bon voyage dinner for my niece who is headed off to college that day so she agreed to babysit for us tomorrow.
Sunday: Long bike ride in the morning followed by more cleaning. I also need to swing by my sister's to borrow some jewelry and an evening bag for super fancy NJ wedding. Probably grocery shopping in the afternoon.
Today: Officially on vacation; home with Marcus getting ready to leave for vacation tomorrow. Laundry, cleaning, packing.
Tomorrow: Leaving for a week on Long Lake in Harrison. Very excited although feeling anxious about the weather report. We're going with my mom, grandmother, and cousins from CT, 12 of us in all. Eat, read, swim.
Tonight: A dear friend's due date is the 17th so we are going to hang out with them for most likely the last time before their little one is born. Very exciting!
Tomorrow: Walking the rail trail in Hallowell in the a.m with friends and their dogs to support of a local bully breed rescue.
The rest of the weekend is up in the air as we have busy weekends the next month so we wanted a relaxing one!
Tonight - Meeting a friend for drinks/dessert at Margaritas.
Tomorrow - Appointment to start getting the ball rolling on our kitchen and picking out a paint color for the nursery. Then we can get it painted and can get some new flooring installed (hopefully) soon.
Sunday - No plans if the weather is decent probably some yard work. Dog park? Maybe some time with my cousins who are in Portland for the weekend.
Lots of maybes at this point but it will be a productive weekend no matter what.
Tonight: probably just cooking dinner and hanging out, we have a bunch of vegetables from the farmer's market and Matt's parents' garden. I love summer food! The little dude's mom is dropping him off at 6am tomorrow so it will not be a late night for us!
Tomorrow: pre-moving stuff. I think my grandmother has finally gotten the last of her junk out of the house. At least, she said she would by the end of the week.
Sunday: yoga in the morning, coworker BBQ in the afternoon.
Tonight- Date night with DH and a few other couples.
Saturday- Judging 4-H demonstrations at the Topsham Fair from 10-12. My last day at the fair- thank goodness. Then off to a BBQ in OOB.
Sunday- housework, spending time with DH.
Tonight - Hoping the LO goes to bed early, then having a campfire and possibly a few drinks with DH and a friend. Very excited about the drinks...it's been a while!
Tomorrow - Possibly going to BRU, then home to make more baby food - who knew it could be so much fun!
Sunday - nothing planned just hanging out at home
I wish the summer wasn't wrapping up so soon...I have too much I want to do and too many people I want to see.
Tonight we went to 99 for dinner. I was craving wings and skins. Tasted good but the service was awful. The waitress was nice but super slow and annoying. She'd ask if everything was all set, we'd answer, then she'd hang around to chat...look lady, I just want to eat! Then I went to Rite Aid. I think I did pretty good...saved $50 and spent $35.
Tomorrow I'm going to meet a friend of mine and her LO at Reid State Park. Supposed to be a nice day...I'm looking forward to it.
Sunday should be my lazy day. I think my mom is coming down for a little bit. We missed Taylor Time this week because she was tired. Who knows though.
Tonight: As usual, we're doing nothing- as we like it! We spent a solid hour after DH got home from the gym (shortly after James and I got home from work/daycare) screwing around on our bed. (Get your minds out of the gutters, you naughty ladies!) There was some airplane baby, playing night-night, saying hi to the kitty, and general flailing around. Now I'm online and we've got football and misc crap on tv. We'll prob be in bed by 10!
Saturday: I'd like to get my toosh in gear early and get James' hair cut. Regardless of if that happens, we're aiming to head over to the Narrow Gauge Railroad for the 10 AM opening. James has been really into trains, so we think he's going to love it and I've had tickets that I won in a silent auction since last year. Lasagna for dinner tomorrow. Maybe grocery shopping between the two.
Sunday: My bday is Monday so we're celebrating on Sunday. I want to sleep in, have a normal morning, then after James gets up from his nap, I want to head over to Maine Mead Works for a 3 PM tour and then a tasting. Mmmmm, honey wine.... When we get home, I'm going to make a semi-fancy dinner and dessert. So far I've got stuffed mushrooms and caramel macchiato homemade ice cream for dessert sundaes on the menu.
Friday night - we grilled out at the marina and then tidied up the house in prep for Sunday.
Saturday - had my birthday breakfast with DH and DD at my favorite little cafe under the trees. Then, I'm decorating a cake and prepping for Sunday. Later, we'll head out on the boat and then have dinner at the marina againa.
Sunday - church in the morning. We're celebrating Caroline's anniversary of her Baptism. Then, having grandparents and Godparents over for a bit to eat.
