In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Plan/Spec Appraisal vs. As-Built Appraisal
We just received back our plan/spec appraisal on our custom construction. It was 100% match (funny how that happens sometimes).
I'm curious if others have had it 100% appraise before construction but then once completed it did not appraise to the build costs (assuming you made no changes to the plans).
