Ladies I need some suggestions... I'm having a Wine & Cheese themed tupperware party next month and I need some suggestions for cheeses. I have several bottles of wine here at home already but I don't eat any cheeses besides cheddar, and mozerella. Also does anyone have any other suggestions that I could make to go with the cheeses?

Re: Wine & Cheese
I loooove Parrano Cheese...it's a nutty type cheese, not too expensive, but not cheap like cheddar either. I have found it at whole foods and fresh market. Yum.
When I make a cheese tray, I like to also have fruit that can cut through some of the creaminess. I like grapes and apples, and maybe pears. Crackers of all types are great, and you could probably make some appetizers like bruschetta. Very classy! I love the idea!

Very fun idea!
Brie! It's my favorite. It's very soft and creamy.
Also a wedge of provolone from the cheese section near the deli. It is a harder cheese. It is the only provolone I like.

You made my wedding day complete.
OOO yay yay yay!
Jarlsberg cheese is GREAT with a lot of different wines. That's mine and DH's fave, and he works in the wine industry.

As for other things to do with the cheese, maybe some simple bruschetta (cracker layered with fresh mozza, tomato and basil, baked for a few minutes just to get it warm), or seasoned popcorn. Popcorn and wine is actually a great combo!
