Title company lost our cashiers check
So our $1000 cashiers check for our good faith deposit was overnighted by USPS on Saturday. It arrived at the title company on Monday at 10:20. I tracked it. The office manager, a T Bertrand signed for it. Now they are saying they can't find it. My realtor has called everyday and spoken to 3 different people. They, including this Bertrand person, say they will look for it and call back. They never do. Everyday it is the same. It is a cashiers check so it isnt an easy process to have it canceled. My realtor says not to worry but I am in a panic. These people dont seem to give a crap.
