As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Question about home inspection?
We recieved a verbal confirmation that our offer was accepted by the bank yesterday. The house is a foreclosure. We were told that we should recieved the written confirmation by Monday/ Tuesday at latest. Do we need to wait until then to make an appointment for a home inspection, or can we have one before?

You don't have to wait to make an appointement. We had 10 days from the time we agreed upon the price to get the inspection/appraisal done. We just had our inspection on Wed and I was a nervous wreck! But all was well. Good luck.
