Anyone know of any apartments or brokers in Astoria?
I know this is a long shot, but at this point I'll take whatever I can get. Our landlord is completely BSC and last night was the breaking point. H told him we'll be out by the end of the month and now we're stuck...
We have a medium sized dog and all realtors are telling us they have no pet friendly apartments. Beginning to get stressed...

I am new to NY, and we were looking for places in Astoria and also had a difficult time. The Victoria which is on 23rd and 30th in Astoria takes all sized dogs. We had looked at a few apartments in that building, but had really bad luck with the broker we were working with so we cut our losses and found another place in Kew Gardens that we liked better. There was also a building on 44th that I know took all sized dogs, but I don't remember the name of it. I think I still have the broker's contact info if you are interested.
Otherwise, if you are open to Kew Gardens, I really like our place a lot, and our neighborhood and building are VERY dog friendly. My dog is 98lbs, FWIW.
