As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Job T&Ps
Hey ladies...if you can spare any T&Ps, I need some job luck! Just got word on Friday that I will be laid off in 1-2 months 
. We're a small company and it's affecting just about everyone, so it sucks. I suppose I'm lucky, because I have a bit of time, where others have about a week.
But I'm nervous about job hunting in this economy and the prospect of not finding something before my time is up is scary. Hopefully it will be ok, but any T&Ps you can spare would be amazing.
This has been a real eye-opener for me. Our company is doing really well, so it's pretty unexpected (and a lot of people don't even know yet, which kills me).
