The day has finally come!!
I dont know if anyone is here on the weekends, but I am too excited and have to share! We got an offer and are now under contract! AAAHHH! We ended up selling for almost the exact same amount we bought the house for. We were on the market for almost 5 months exactly. Now we have the fun task of doing some major house hunting!!
