Rosetta Stone?
I'm interested in learning Luxembourgian if anyone has any experience with this language learning system?

I haven't learned it myself and haven't ever used Rosetta Stone. I heard, however, that it is very similar to both French and Korean, with Madagascarian overtones.
It's also been my experience that when communicating with someone that doesn't speak English volume will trump vocabulary every time. So I think that if you just shout English words at the Luxembourgianese you should be fine.

this is true, but I would add that it is best to put "el" or "le" in front of most of your words and an "a" or "o" at the end of them.
For example -
"WHERE-O IS LE BATHROOM-A"

I mean isn't NATO going to colonize Luxe-land anytime now? If so, they'll just make the natives learn English and, of course, NATO. So I'm not worried.
