Renting a house - Need Advice
Hubby and I are thinking about finding a house, with a yard, to rent when our lease is up. Any suggestions on where to search online, etc to get ideas? We've only ever lived in apartment complexes, so any ideas, suggestions and advice for what to look for/what to avoid in renting a house would be great! We're looking on the Eastside... Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, etc.

If you look at property search then by neighborhood you can pick it out. Most of the listings are for sale, but if you go to the end by price there are usually a couple per neighborhood for rent that windemere is property managing.

Agreed. The house we are renting is through a friend's relative, so I don't know any websites.
