Re: what are you looking forward to this week?

  • The only thing I'm looking forward to this week is my OB appointment tomorrow. The 1 year anniversary of my mom's death is Saturday, so that's kind of clouding everything else for me. :(

  • The family that I nannied for three years came back into town after moving a year ago. Tomorrow I am spending time with my favorite kiddos (who are now pre-teens.) I can't wait to spoil them!

I have two photo-shoots this week, so I'm excited about meeting new people and capturing their memories!

Unbelievably excited for a road trip with my best friend this weekend. We are headed to HorseShoe Beach, Florida. It's a small town on the coast, and I can't wait to relax!

Lots to be thankful/happy for this week.

  • It's my boss's 50th birthday today so I get to stuff myself silly on cheesecake all morning and pizza all day on Thrusday :)

On Saturday Jon is playing in a baseketball game at the local boys & girls club. It's the Sheriff's Dept vs the Police Dept. Should be a good time!

  • Our baby shower is on Saturday. I can't believe it's here already!

  • My paternal Grandmother turns 90 on Friday. All my aunts/uncles/cousins will be flying in for a celebration this weekend. Although I'm extremely excited, I won't be able to fully enjoy the festivities since I can't do too much now-a-days (everything is sore and I tire really easily).

  • Not a whole lot going on this week....

I have an SP team meeting tomorrow down in Colorado Springs - always a fun and motivating evening!

I only have to work one evening this week - my late class is cancelled every third Wednesday of the month because of family night.  And this is that Wednesday, woohoo!

Have another SP Friday night at a girlfriend's house.  Going to be a small party, but I'll have some new stuff for my demo, so hoping it still goes really well.

  • This week we're hitting up a couple of places for Restaurant Week with friends, which should be fun

Also this week, I get to start cleaning out our bedroom of furniture - Selling two night tables and at least one dresser. The other dresser is too warped and awful to sell, but hopefully someone will take it off the sidewalk. Moving the bookcase over, generally just getting ready for new furniture to come next week.

The weekend should be fun too, looking forward to seeing a big group of friends.

I have Jury Duty tomorrow. Boo.

JEALOUS!  I soooo want to have jury duty.

This week both of my bosses are out, so I'm just holding down the fort.  Hoping to work from home Thursday and Friday, and maybe tomorrow afternoon.

I got a new planner and I'm geeking out with the organization and adding all of my upcoming events.

It is also Restaurant Week here and I'll be eating delicious Italian today at lunch.

This Saturday it is Crab Fest at National Harbor, so I'll be chowing down on some MD blues.

Then we're going to the fair in a neighboring county for the afternoon and evening.

Maybe more apartment hunting since this weekend's crop sucked.

Finally, I need to bind my friend's baby quilt, and then it'll be done and I'll be excited.
