Who has the best grocery store cupcakes?
I want to get some for DD's birthday but don't want the expensive "gourmet" ones.

I have had some good ones from Kroger.
If you head into town Moellers has simple cheap amazing cupcakes.

We normally get shower cakes at HEB and everyone always assumes they are from Elite Treats. They are really good and have a good buttercream.

We ordered the ones from Randalls for a baby shower in May, they came out really good told them what we wanted, and colors etc... came out perfect and everyone liked them. I am not a huge randalls fan but would order cupcakes from them again
Central Market!! A bit better than regular HEB IMO and only $7 / dozen.
