Okay so I have a big gallery event in Sept. Opening night, then cocktail party. I got a navy one shoulder dress for the opening nights but not sure if H should wear black pants, gray, or brown??
For the cocktail party I have this dress. H can wear his black pants this night if he doesn't wear them on the opening night. Would you have him wear a white shirt and black tie? I thought abot maybe red shoes or a red clutch should I have him wear a red tie?
He only has one black, and brown pair. He's got the brown for a more casual day. He has lighter gray and dark grey with pin stripes. I'm probably too worried about this...
Re: help with dresses
With navy I would not have him wear black.. probably lean more towards the gray.
LOVE the idea of throwing in red clutch and having him wear a red tie. Depending how dressy black pants black shirt red tie or white shirt would be ok too!
I would go with the gray pants as well...brown is kind of a difficult dress color pant. I also like the dove gray dress shirts with a colored tie for the second outfit...not sure if he wants a different shirt or not. We often go to Burlington Coat Factory for ties for special occasions (ie only wear a couple of times) because you can get them for 10 dollars or so
For the navy dress do the gray pants
For the black/white dress with red accessories do black pants/shirt with red tie
