Where is everyone? I'm checking the boards in between cleaning the house...fun:)
What's for dinner tonight? We're having tacos!
Re: So quiet today!
agreed! I'm here and way bored. I had a client this morning, don't have another session until 3. And nothing really to catch up on because it's only Monday!
I have to work late tonight, so I just brought some leftovers of this veggie-pie type deal we had over the weekend - was SO good! It's kinda of quiche-y, but has flour in it, so it's kind of more bread-y than a quiche. Hard to explain, but was SO full of veggies (zucchini, carrot, corn, tomatoes, onion), and was very yummy.
I just dropped in. Work is kicking my butt so far.
Robin was suppose to have a game tonight, so I had big plans for a grilled caprese sandwich. It got cancelled, so I guess I'm cooking chicken enchiladas. I was more excited about the sandwich....
It's pretty slow here too. Boo.
Tonight we were going to do a steak on the grill, but it's POURING. So maybe not. I haven't taken anything out of the freezer for the week either, so we might have to do pasta with veggies or something.
Yumm. I've been looking for a good chicken enchilada recipe, but all the ones I keep finding look like too many steps for a weeknight. LOL:)

I know- I dont have much to add so I am to blame as well.
Everyone is out of the office or on vacation today so I am seriously avoiding work that I should be doing. I am leaving in 30 minutes to get Charlotte and head to the farm. Neuner- that recipe sounds great. We had shrimp mini sliders (Neely's recipe) and it was AWESOME
http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/patrick-and-gina-neely/mini-shrimp-rolls-recipe/reviews/index.html is the recipe if you want it! Quick easy dinner. I will agree it needs a little old Bay or garlic but it was VERY good.
Tonight is a farm night so we are eating there.
I'm here and bored out of my mind, because my office is the same way.
We're having crock pot shredded beef subs for dinner- a new recipe trial, so hopefully it is good!
Stand up for something you believe in.
These are from the freezer meals I made. My productivity is reaping benefits.
Sometimes I boil a pot of chicken on the weekends, shread, and store it. Then, I'll make a few meals throughout the week with it. I'm too lazy to cook meat, let it cool, shread it, and then make a meal on a weeknight.

We are having hamburgers and potato salad.
I love freezer meals! They are so quick and really help with keeping the budget on track!
Speaking of..... If you haven't heard of/checked out E-Mealz, you should definitely do so!

They have menu plans and send out weekly menus including grocery list and recipes! It saves my DH and I about $85 a month, and saves me a whole lot of time!
Sorry -- I worked my ass off this morning from 7:30am to 11am for absolutely nothing, picked up Sami from MIL's, and then spent a good chunk of the afternoon at my friend's house.
Chris worked late, and I had no plans for dinner, so Sam and I went to my parents' house -- grilled chicken, green beans, and rice pilaf. Delicious.
