Hi, I am the moderator
Hello all!
I thought I would introduce myself. I have been on TN for just over a year, but lurked before that. I have been married almost 2 years now. We have a 4 year old black lab. I am mostly on GP but I lurk on almost all the other boards. We are just starting to get things together to start looking for our first house. I have learned a lot from all the posts here about buying a house.
I am going to be around often but if there are any questions or problems, please PM or page me on the board.

Welcome! I love your "baby"! We have two, a 5 year old golden retriever and a 7 year old shi tzu
I'm fairly new here and have just started posting a little. We are engaged and planning to get married next year. Currently we are focused on house hunting so I've been checking in here frequently for advice!
