Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

NE girls
Does anyone live in/near Hartford? I can't remember.
There is an amazing science conference up there in October, but I know my school won't pay for a hotel. I'm thinking if I can find my own housing, I may be able to convince them to let me go!

Actually Alycia, JBDamon and I are all relatively close to Hartford. I'm about 40 minutes. You could stay here or with my parents who have a much nicer house and are closer..and are very nice to Nesties.
ETA: Is it at the CT Science Center?

Pediatrician = Doctor with extensive experience and education on children.

What are you looking at?
The Convention Center is really nice. My mom scrapbooks there. If your conference doesn't have anything to do with the Science Center maybe we could go? I haven't been even though teachers got in free all summer. DH took DSS and they had an amazing time -- he said 5 floors of hands on Science = 10 year old boy in heaven!
What would the days be of the conference?
Southwest is really cheap Baltimore to Hartford usually.
