message from seller's agent:Can you check with the buyers as to whether they already have their mortgage commitment? BofA can issue us a final approval to close today BUT only if we can close the sale by this Friday. If we can?t close by Friday (understandable) ? it may take up to 3 weeks for BofA to obtain an extension of the appraisal expiration date from HUD (the appraisal will be 4 months old this Sunday and 4 months is the cutoff). Please call buyer?s broker and attorney.
