Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Another House Update
So we looked through the house last night. I fell in love with it! The kitchen is really big and opens up to the living room and all the bedrooms are really good size.
Also when we first got to the house the realtor said that the lady dropped the price even more since I have talked to her that morning. Right now the asking price is 182,000. We might go in at a lower number since we are going to have to eventually replace both of the a/c units and eventually put a new roof on it. Or we are going to pay full price and see if they will replace those things for us.
I am going to talk to my grandmother tonight and see if she will be upset if we move since she is the one that gave me the land. But honestly I feel like once I take her to the house and she sees how big and nice it is she will be fine with it. And this is the step we need to take so we can build the house we want.
I am VERY excited and I could see myself living there and being very happy!

Hopefully your grandmother will be fine with it especially since you guys will eventually be building on that land but just can't right now.
Me too! That house is beautiful! If we had that house, John would turn the pasture into his own Field of Dreams...lol
