What is the recipe for that basil dip? I want to make some for an event I have coming up.

I agree. I am going to make the dip for a veggie platter. I think it will be great. My advice is make it per the recipe and then add more Worchestershire. Also, a whole clove of garlic will make it a little hot in a good way!
Ooooh, that looks so good! I was going to grill some zucchini tonight, but now I will do this instead! I need more basil ideas since my Basil plant is less plant now and more tree. Way too much for me to ever use.

This may be obvious, but do you make pesto? My mom makes it all summer- she has a million basil plants- and freezes it in Dixie cups so it's like an individual portion. Then she just thaws one or 2 for her and her husband when she needs them.
This dip is awesome, though! Enjoy!
Eh, I thought it was just so, so.
I kid! I kid! It was SO good. I think it would be perfect for veggies.
Your sangria was also only so so. I had to keep drinking it to see if it was ever going to get better, but it was gone before I could decide.
such a noble thing for you to do... keep trying and trying to give it every chance it could to change your mind. I know that must have been so hard on you!!
It was. It really really was.
I finally gave up (ok, we ran out) and had to move on to mimosas. Also incredibly difficult.
We make so many sacrifices. Martyrdom is surely ours.
I do, I freeze it in ice cube trays and do the same thing. I've also made and froze a bunch of pasta sauce. I try to use as much as possible because I miss it in the winter.

This looks so good! I will definitely have to try it out.
I use canning for my tomato sauce, pesto, jellies, etc. It's so nice to have those fresh summer flavors in the winter.
Click it if you can't say it!
It was so good! The zucchini is great made that way too. I usually just grill it since we like it a little crunchy and all the times I've tried to bake it it's been too mushy once the outside gets crunchy.
DH and Abbie are obsessed. They requested it again tonight.

Awesome! Glad your family enjoyed it!
