Band of Bud - Where to hold a monkey, hang out with a clown...?
So, I am in a ?Band of Bud? crew (a Budweiser competition). Little bit nervous since two of the people I was planning the team with dropped out ? one at the request of her boss, and one who thought her boss would be upset if he found out . Oh well, I have started and as of right now we are 6th in our ?Market? so that isn?t too bad.
We have photo challenges to complete to earn points. Some are easy and some are tough. The tough ones for us so far? Hold a money, pictures with a clown, get on tv and have a parade float.
So, anyone know where in the twin cities they will let you hold a real monkey (I don?t want a stuffed monkey picture)? Or where four full grown adults in Budweiser shirts can take pictures with clowns (and not upset families with small kids)? How about a small town parade we could enter into (we would need at least our Budweiser shirts, but would toss candy and otherwise try to be appropriate for a family event....to chicken and not willing to spend the $ for a well known parade). TV? Our only big idea right now is a Circle Me Burt (Budweiser is a Twins sponsor and have a big Band of Buds banner along the field).
If you mull around on sites like Budweiser (cause I am sure that is common....), mull around on the Weiser Warrior page! We need fans to help us get to finials?.they have Wild Cards which I am sure go to teams with lots of fans.

my read shelf:
Yeah, that is what my brother suggested, the only thing is we should be wearing at least our shirts....maybe the news station wouldn?t notice right away what they were, but they do have Budweiser logos on them.
I guess a man walks around Como park every night with a monkey....we have not looked into that rumor yet.
