1. Any milestones? Updates? Changes in symptoms? Nada. Still feel pretty good, except for the sciatic pain.
2. What has been the best thing DH has done for you so far? What does he not quite understand? He has taken over the grocery shopping, which is heavenly! I still have to make a list and listen to him whine about it, but I'll take it.
He doesn't really understand that even though I feel better than last time, I'm still tired and not motivated to do much. All he hears is "I feel fine."
3. What is he most excited to purchase for baby? He keeps talking about a double stroller. Idk why that excites him so much though!
4. Do you keep any of the "unpleasant" parts of pregnancy from him or do you tell him everything? I'm definitely more of the private type. I don't go announcing the gas to him or anything, haha.
5. Anything else you'd like to share? Last night I found BOTH heartbeats with my doppler and heard BOTH of them moving around. So, so, so awesome!!!Our crazy, wonderful life

Girly has taken up residence on my bladder and is active all.the.time. Alex is finally starting to point to my belly and say baby. She then lifts her shirt and points to the baby in her belly.
2. What has been the best thing DH has done for you so far? What does he not quite understand?
I metion wanting something, and H will offer to get it, even if it is something we don't have in our town. I have to be careful what I say around him. I said I wanted a Pepsi, and he came back with 2 6-packs of teh stuff. He then drank about 10 of them, before I got to 2, but it's the thought that counts.
He's actually really understanding of it all at this point. He's been through it before, so he knows when I say I'm tired, it means I'm exhausted and when I say I'm uncomfortable he offers to rub my back.
3. What is he most excited to purchase for baby?
Nothing, but we aren't buying much for this one, we still have most everything we need.
4. Do you keep any of the "unpleasant" parts of pregnancy from him or do you tell him everything?
Oh, he knows it all, from my daily need of pantyliners to the incredible gas. I don't sugarcoat any of it.
5. Anything else you'd like to share?
I've been working with a local woman about the possibility of hiring a doula in training, or having childbirth classes for just H and I to go over some issues from the last birth/hospital experience to this one. I'm determined to be as informed as I can be about labor and delivery this time around.

I'm due a week from today, but still no signs of progress. I'm going to start walking more to try to move the baby down.
2. What has been the best thing DH has done for you so far? What does he not quite understand?
Bring me cupcakes and milkshakes. DH always yells at me about my need/desire for sweets - especially cake. For the last several months, if he is at the store or Chik-Fil-A, he brings me home a cupcake or milkshake without me asking.
3. What is he most excited to purchase for baby?
I'm not sure. He's always bah humbug about shopping. I would say that he is probably most proud of our mural though. We installed it together, but it was me taking photos of him putting it up and he has gotten a ton of compliments on it.
4. Do you keep any of the "unpleasant" parts of pregnancy from him or do you tell him everything?
I tell him everything. Honestly, I don't think I've experienced anything in pregnancy yet that is worse than some of the stuff I've gone through with my sinuses. So this is nothing new.
5. Anything else you'd like to share?
It's really starting to set in that I'm going to be a mom and that my life is going to change and that I'll be responsible for a little person from now until the day I die and . . . I think I've hit panic/reality mode.

On Friday I will be 20 weeks! I can't believe it's almost half over!
Nothing really to update, just feels like I'm getting bigger everyday! She must be having a growth spurt, I've been sooo hungry over the last week

There isn't really one thing that stands out, he's just much more eager to do things for me. Like fill my water and bring me snacks before bed, lol.

He seems pretty into the strollers, even though I told him we are only getting a snap 'n go to start.

I tell him everything.
5. Anything else you'd like to share?I'm so excited to get started on the nursery now! But that means moving our guest room and it's my favorite room in the house

1. Any milestones? Updates? Changes in symptoms? Everything's still the same.... we have our ultrasound next Monday, so hopefully we'll find out the sex.
2. What has been the best thing DH has done for you so far? What does he not quite understand? He gets up with Mads every morning and lets me sleep in a little bit longer.... there aren't enough words to describe how amazing that is!! So far he's done pretty well since he's been through this before
3. What is he most excited to purchase for baby? He has his fingers crossed for a boy this time around, so all sorts of boy things. If it's another girl, I'm really not sure, since we don't really need much this time around.
4. Do you keep any of the "unpleasant" parts of pregnancy from him or do you tell him everything? The poor man knows everything that's going on.
1. Any milestones? Updates? Changes in symptoms? Had my 2nd appointment this morning-met with my doctor, pelvic exam and blood work. I had a completely awful night last night, due to constipation (mainly from taking the zofran for my MS). I hope I don't feel that bad again anytime soon. Otherwise-I am 9 weeks, 1 day!
2. What has been the best thing DH has done for you so far? What does he not quite understand? He stayed up with me all night last night, which was amazing. I don't think he understands the extent of my fatigue, however.
3. What is he most excited to purchase for baby? Anything with a football on it.
4. Do you keep any of the "unpleasant" parts of pregnancy from him or do you tell him everything? He knows it all. Since it is all new to me, I tell him everything I'm experiencing.
5. Anything else you'd like to share? Telling all my closest girlfriends this weekend because we are having our annual get together, and the non-drinking, not sleeping well and MS will be a little obvious. Should be fun!

Nothing really changing these days. Although, I have definitely started to get a little more uncomfortable, and can't do as much as I used to. I failed my 1 hour GD test, and I go for my 3 hour on Thursday....not looking forward to that!

I don't think he fully understands, but I understand that he can't, because he isn't pregnant. He is definitely supportive and helps me out more than he used to. I don't know about specifics, but it's little things each day.

A new DSLR camera and a new (to us) car.

I tell him everything, I have nothing to hide.

He bought me chocolate ice cream once when he ran to the grocery store, I requested it but usually he won't buy that kind of stuff even if I do ask for it. I don't think he understands that growing a baby is exhausting work. I'm tired a lot and have been slacking on cleaning, I think he thinks I'm just lazy.
3. What is he most excited to purchase for baby? I don't think he's excited to spend money on anything. Me on the otherhand, I'm excited to buy some girly diapers (using DH's money of course).
4. Do you keep any of the "unpleasant" parts of pregnancy from him or do you tell him everything? I don't really tell him much about my pregnancy. But I also haven't really had anything too unpleasant to discuss anyway.
5. Anything else you'd like to share? I've been really busy working on making things for the nursery. I sewed a crib skirt, sheet, and changing pad cover this weekend. I'm also in the middle of several other nursery-related projects. We won't be cleaning out the office or doing any painting until it cools down.

1. Any milestones? Updates? Changes in symptoms? Not except I threw up once yesterday, but I think I ate lunch too quickly. I was starving! I'm also in maternity pants. If I had better shirts, I could get away with the rubber band trick, but I get a little paranoid about my clients seeing things
2. What has been the best thing DH has done for you so far? What does he not quite understand? DH continues to work on setting boundaries with his family, which is nice. At first he was doing a lot of meals, but he has stopped that now. I don't think he understands why I'm starving when I get home, or tired at the end of the day. Or why doing 4 loads of laundry, cleaning the bathroom, and sorting over a month's worth of mail was absolutely a big deal on Saturday. He's annoyed I asked him to put his own laundry away...
3. What is he most excited to purchase for baby? He's already purchased a kelty carrier after doing research/talkign with friends. He's convinced it will be the diaper bag (umm...no); now he's looking at jogging strollers even though they aren't needed for a long time.
4. Do you keep any of the "unpleasant" parts of pregnancy from him or do you tell him everything? Oh he knows, but nothing has been bad yet. I texted him about my lunch incident yesterday. I will probably tell him everything because I don't think he'll 'get' it otherwise.
5. Anything else you'd like to share? I just found out from my SIL, that my other SIL may be pregnant!! She hasn't said anything, but they went on vacay together recently, and she didn't do the hot tub, avoided alcohol, was asked about her fatigue by my brother etc. So that's exciting! DH's sister is also TTC, so our little one could have two cousins close to his/her age

We went camping this weekend and had 2 sleeping bags and an egg crate to sleep on. Sam insisted on doubling up the egg crate for me to sleep on. So I was on 2 layers of egg crate and 2 sleeping bags. He was just on the 2 sleeping bags. I have to say that I didn't really sleep GREAT, but it was able the same as I sleep at home, so that was better than I expected!
3. What is he most excited to purchase for baby?
He's not really excited to buy anything. Last weekend I bought a BUNCH of girl clothes from a garage sale, so we're set for clothes through 6 months or so. The only other thing we are planning to buy is a crib. I do need to get a double stroller at some point, but that can probably wait until the spring since I doubt we'll be going on many walks in the winter!
4. Do you keep any of the "unpleasant" parts of pregnancy from him or do you tell him everything?
Luckily, this time, I haven't really had any unpleasant parts!
5. Anything else you'd like to share?
My c-section is scheduled for November 14th...I can't believe that we'll have another baby in less than 3 months! I feel like this pregnancy is FLYING by!
Y'all are making me want to go get knocked up! I have the worst baby fever EVER.

1. Any milestones? Updates? Changes in symptoms? RLP is still my arch enemy, but other than that, no complaints.
2. What has been the best thing DH has done for you so far? What does he not quite understand? He takes care of Jack more, which helps b/c Jack is a very physical little kid and does NOT understand "you need to be a little gentle with Mommy"! A lot of the time though, he seems to forget that I am even pregnant b/c I don't complain about anything. He actually told me I should complain more, lol.
3. What is he most excited to purchase for baby? Nothing really - we have pretty much everything from Jack so there isn't a whole lot we have to buy.
4. Do you keep any of the "unpleasant" parts of pregnancy from him or do you tell him everything? I talk about it here and there, but a lot of it is the same stuff I went through with my first pregnancy, so it wouldn't phase him anyway.
5. Anything else you'd like to share? I was going through our bins of clothes from Jack - to start sorting out the 0-3 month and 6-9 month, etc. It is hard to believe that Jack was ever small enough to fit into some of the newborn stuff!!!! Also, last night as I was sorting, Jack was all interested - trying to put on his old bibs and old shoes. I kept telling him that he was too big for that now, and this stuff was for his brother, and he kept saying "Mah brudder, mah brudder" over and over. It was so cute. Especially b/c he really doesn't understand that I am having another baby, or what that means for him.
