If you bought a forclosure how did the appraisal turn out...
Just curious since ours is happening this week. It was originally listed at $140,000 lowered to $130,000 and we are paying $125,000. So many things have gone wrong so far that my fingers and toes are crossed that it comes back ok.

Ours appraised for $15K higher than our contracted price.

We remodeled it, and I'm sure it's worth a lot more now. (It's a rental)
