Little Caesars
I know there was a discussion about this sometime ago, but for those of you in the South Philly/CC area/headed to the game, they are opening one up on Oregon Avenue near the Oregon Diner in a few days. Drove by there yesterday and I was so excited!

OMG we used to go to the one in the Kmart too when we were younger. Fun times.
I hope it lasts longer than the Papa Johns that was down there a few years ago and was gone five minutes after it opened.
I too live in the area not too far from the stadiums.
I think that there are so many of the mom and pop type pizza places in SP that the chain places maybe don't do as well? I don't even remember there being a Papa John's, but there is a Pizza Hut in that general vincinty, too, right?
We must be sort of neighbors--I'm not too far from the stadium either. I like that I can stand on the corner of my street and see all the people in the stands at games :-)
I saw that too. I'll give it a try, but will probably stick to City Pizza from Front and Snyder. There is a pizza hut carry-out place on Front and Oregon.
Also where Kmart was Burlington Coat Factory is going in there.

I did see the sign about the Burlington Coat Factory. I would have loved a Kohls or something like that. We've actually been ordering recently from Snyder Pizza or Two Street Pizza. We like to try different places. I've heard good things about Santuccis but I am not sure they deliver.
It is pretty awesome to be able to see into CBP from the corner and see all the fans. We sat in the yard and listened to the whole U2 concert, which was a lot of fun.
Yes, Forman Mills is moving and going out of business every other month.
