I did a little work out post in my blog since I am going to try to get back to the gym this week since I am no longer pumping at work.
Anyways, I linked your blog there since you girls have been an inspiration to get my bum into gear and back to the gym. Thank you for your honesty. It makes me feel better when I know others have the food temptations, lazyness, etc that I get. Especially when a lot of women at work are so thin.
And Melissa - you make me laugh about your chub rub and having to buy new pants all the time. I get that too and hate how my pants always ware out at my thighs first or my pants get all pilly at the thighs.
thank you girls for inspiring me to get back to the gym after a year away. If I get the courage I'll post weight numbers to track. I have not weighed myself in the past month or so....and have been eating horribly lately.

Cut the Crap - Weight loss journey of a Few Fat Chicks
I've never been a shy talker, so sharing my stories isn't anything at all to me, but I am glad to hear that they inspire someone.
I am doing better with this plan than I have with any other plan in my life, and I do believe it's because I have other woman in a similar boat telling me that their day was hard too!
Good luck to you Morrigan!
Also, on the chub rub, let me tell you. I'm in a pencil skirt today, but I still went walking with the office girls at lunch .... got some serious skin on skin chub rub going on this afternoon.
One word...Spanx (the shorts kind). OK that's 4 words. WHATEVER.
Good luck Morrigan!!
Girls, just wanted to share.
A friend introduced me to myfitnesspal.com, and I have been using that website to track my food intake as well as exercise. It is the easiest website I've found to date, and it evens tells you based on what you today - if you keep doing that - how much you'll weight in 5 weeks. I like that a lot!
I forget who suggested it, but a combination of baby powder and that Glide stuff for runners helps a lot. I have pretty much avoided pants from a little before Memorial Day with this method. Although it is still uncomfortable at times.
Love this site, thanks for sharing. I just joined!
Thank You for sharing that site! So cool. And I found out I can add breastfeeding to the food diary so I can account for those neg calories!
