That was what first struck me. I think the Navy one might be the worst. Granted I've never understood the blue camo. If I'm floating in an ocean, I want someone to find me.
Its like the Etsy lady had a ton of old uniforms and changing pad covers just hanging around or something. The fabrics don't even work well together...

I've always guessed the grey/blue Navy camo print was made so that they blend in with the grey of the ship- making it difficult to target individuals.
This is a huge assumption though.
