Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Need interview help-quick!!
I'm being interviewed by the paper in, oh, 30 minutes, about the volleyball team.
He just let me that he'd be asking about what's different between me and the old coach and how the program will be different.
The old coach stunk. What do I say that is not insulting to the old coach? I don't want it to seem like I swooped in and rescued the program!

I would say something along the lines of...you and the old coach have different perspectives and approaches to coaching the team, and you're thankful that what you do has worked out well.
