For all you pumpkin lovers in the fall thread...
We had brown bananas so I made this recipe this past weekend & it is pretty fantastic. I like really moist dense bread, so I added an extra banana & used around 3/4 of the can of pumkin puree (about 6 oz?). I wasn't very exact. lol I also adjusted the spices to taste (after the extra ingredients I thought it needed a bit more spice) and only cooked it for 45 min, letting it cook a bit more as it cooled in the pan. YWIA.
