Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

job update
so still trying to be vauge.....but had a talk with boss's boss today. we agreed there is the need for a three-way conversation (yeah, i giggled in my head when he said three way..sooooo mature).
i acknowledged that i can certainly can improve on things but at the same time, there needs to be an improvement in management and what constitutes reasonable job expectations. he agreed.
so i am not crazy about yet another uncomfortable conversation but at least it is progress. he asked if this was repairable. i said i didn't think so right now but that this conversation should help. so we'll see what happens.
i am not sold on staying though

good luck, hopefully the 3-way (conversation) will exceed your expectations, it's good the boss's boss wants to keep you!
It doesn't sound awesome, but at least you can get paid while you look for something new.
