NCR: We finally closed---sortof

The closing that was postponned twice already due to the oddest of quirks was scheduled LAST week for today at 10. Because this was originally supposed to happen during my break and not on the THIRD day of school, we had to do a POA...blah blah blah. Anyhow, DH calls me at 11:30 to tell me that we aren't officially closed because...get this...the seller (a bank since it was a foreclosure) neglected to sign a document that THEY created and "required" for closing.
Sigh....
The good news is, we got the keys and it is really a formality at this point. Craziness, but we "sortof" officially own the new house.
