So you remember all the stuff that came out in the news with Hearthstone and their "land fairies" and whatnot?
Well, in a conversation about our house and its issues, an acquaintance told H that he'd worked with someone whose home was sinking into the ground (evidently a fairly common problem). Hearthstone hired a "specialist" to come investigate the problem. This person, along with several others, were inspecting the home. She stopped abruptly and announced she knew what the problem was.
"Too many ogres. Get rid of the ogres and you'll get rid of the problem."
What.the.eff.
If they try to bring someone like that into my home, I will die laughing.

I'm shocked these people haven't been sued yet.
How are they still in business?
