Gotta love 3rd Avenue Downtown
No shortage of riff-raff.
Headed to Nordstrom Rack on my lunch hour, get to the end of the street and see a cop and don't think anything of it because their always down here. Until I hear sirens and look up and there are ambulances and fire trucks flying down 3rd. I get closer, look down and there's a dude stabbed on the sidewalk bleeding.
Glad I had to wait for the elevator leaving the building or I'd have probably witnessed it.

So now the count is up to 3 stabbings and one shooting during business hours since I started working here a year ago.

Is it in bad form to ask if you found anything good at the Rack?
Not at all - my finds were the highlight of my day.
A pair of Kut jeans, a black lacy something or other top and a white tank top.
A day I can only try on one pair of jeans and 1) they fit and 2) I like them, is a successful day in my book.
