Banana Bread Recipes
How about a banana bread on next holiday? One with chocolate. Here is a banana bread recipe Enjoy !

Chocolate banana bread:
? 1 cup margarine
? 2 cups white sugar
? 4 eggs
? 6 mashed bananas
? 2 tsp. vanilla extract
? 3 cups flour
? 2 tsp. baking soda
? ? cup unsweetened cocoa powder
? 1 cup light sour cream
? 1 cup chocolate chips (peanut butter chocolate chips work especially well)
Preheat oven to 350?F.
Lightly grease 2 loaf pans.
In large bowl, cream together margarine, sugar and eggs.
Stir in bananas and vanilla.
Sift in flour, baking soda and cocoa, mix well.
Blend in sour cream and chocolate chips.
Pour batter into pans and bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean. (Or, make into cupcakes and bake for 28 minutes: my favourite way
