Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

oh, and my first day....
on the new job...it went well. I really like my boss, she's so cute....i just want to squeeze her....
But seriously, it's a lot for me to learn about a new industry (it's a commercial cleaning biz), but it's really exciting.
Since it's such a small company, i have the opportunity to be a big fish...small pond, or, ok, well you know what i mean!!!
