*Pitt* or anyone else in Edinburgh
We are heading there tomorrow. Any suggestions on shows we should see? We got tickets to the Military Tattoo, but that's all that we've planned so far. I was hoping H and I could go to a show in the evening while my parents watch Will. Any stand up acts you suggest? Any info will be great.
Re: *Pitt* or anyone else in Edinburgh
Hiya! Be warned, it's super cold here right now so be prepared for fall! It's been raining pretty much endlessly and I'm in winter clothing right now. I'm still obsessed with the fringe though!
I'm not super into comedy (I see tons of dance and drumming things) but I did see Axis of Awesome for the second year in a row and it was hilarious. A bit of off-colour humour but it was hilarious. I saw Shlomo Mouthtronica last night and it was amazing. Not sure if it's your thing at all but it was one of the most clever and funny things I've seen. It's super loud though so not sure if that's your thing. Otherwise, the reviews on the fringe website are super helpful.

That's good to know about the weather. I was getting out my sweaters earlier. It sounds like I'll need them!
I will check out the reviews on the fringe website. Thanks
Bring a shiv, as that's the only way you can walk down the sidewalk. I cannot deal with the crowds. Ugh.
The tattoo is really amazing. I also recommend this show:

Do you have eating plans while you're here? Tell me what you like and I can make some recommendations!
I plan on having several beers to cope with the crowds. I wish I had known about this before we booked our trip. It's going to be a pain with a 1 year old.
That show sounds like something H and I would love. I'm going to see if I can find tickets!
We don't have any eating plans. I like pretty much all food and I'll try anything once!
For Chipotle-style burritos:

They also deliver.
Awesome Indian, BYOB:

Bring some candy bars and they will fry them in naan bread for dessert. It's awesome. 2 bars are better than 1. Snickers works well, so does Twix I hear.
More good Indian, served tapas style:

Peshwari pita is the best I will ever have.
Amazing drunken kebab place, but also tasty and cheap during the day:

Good Mexican, but gets pricey fast:

Awesome pub with amazing burgers and Blue Moon beer:

My favorite bar with crazy cheap food, 2 meals for ?7, 2 desserts for ?3.75 (brownie is to die for) and ?5 bottles of wine:

Good sammiches to eat on the go while touristing:

And that's all I can think of for now!
